Problems and repairs
If your unit breaks down for any reason we will provide you with a free replacement unit while we repair your unit, ensuring that you are never without a Master Blaster.
Depending on the repair there may be charges for example if the unit fell from a dressing table or trolley and lamps were broken as this would be seen as your responsibility and outside of our control.
Service
The life of the special ultra violet lamps is approximately 12 to 18 months depending on usage. We will quote you service charges up to 3 years in advance so you can budget in advance. Currently, depending on the model and number of units you operate, this service charge varies between £200 and £300 per unit once every 12 to 18 months. This charge includes all parts, servicing labour, travel and overhead and there are no hidden extras. This price excludes local taxes.
This information stands good from 2010 but may be reviewed subject to fluctuating currency and economic conditions. We will at all time keep these costs very competitive in the marketplace.
